Physiotherapy Rehab
At eXceed, our experienced physiotherapists are dedicated to supporting you to move with confidence, build strength, and get back to doing what matters most whether it be returning to the sporting field or everyday life.
Physio sessions identify movement dysfunction and implement a specific progressive rehab programme delivered and performed in the studio and for home.
Treatment can typically involve exercise rehab using small pieces of equipment, reformer and hands-on as needed.
Our services extend to pelvic conditions, both addressing musculoskeletal instabilities, and womens’ and mens’ pelvic health. We also provide pre and post natal care and cancer rehabilitation and exercise
